The LogicMonitor SME is responsible for providing expert-level knowledge and support for the LogicMonitor platform. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing LogicMonitor solutions to ensure efficient and effective monitoring of IT infrastructure. The SME will work closely with various teams to integrate LogicMonitor with other systems, optimize performance, and provide guidance on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Design and architect LogicMonitor solutions that align with business needs and best practices. Provide guidance on the implementation of new features and functionalities
Technical Implementation: Oversee the technical implementation of LogicMonitor, including the setup of monitoring configurations, dashboards, and alerts. Ensure that the monitoring solutions are scalable and meet performance requirements
Integration: Integrate LogicMonitor with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services. Ensure seamless data flow and process automation between systems
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of LogicMonitor solutions. Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal system performance .
Governance and Compliance: Ensure that LogicMonitor solutions comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement governance frameworks to maintain platform integrity
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, finance, and procurement teams, to ensure effective monitoring and reporting. Provide training and support to end-users and administrators
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of LogicMonitor configurations, customizations, and integrations. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
