We are looking for a
CRM & Sales Manager with an Interior Design background
to manage client communication, sales closures, lead conversion, and project coordination while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Lead Management

• Manage and update CRM platforms daily (lead allocation, follow-ups, status tracking).
• Qualify leads generated from website, social media, paid ads, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain high lead conversion rates.
• Pipeline management for B2C and B2B clients (home interiors, offices, hotels, restaurants, cafes).
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations, requirements, budget, timelines, and project stage.
• Coordinate with the design team, production team, and site team for client updates.

Sales & Client Interaction

• Understand client requirements (layout, themes, budget, material preferences).
• Suggest furniture, interior design concepts, and customised solutions as per Lakdi's offerings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for leads.
• Conduct virtual/in-person meetings to showcase design ideas and product options.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining healthy margins.
• Assist clients with material selections, finishes, and design decisions.
• Upsell & cross-sell interior design and furniture categories.

Interior Design Coordination

• Interpret floor plans, basic drawings, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with in-house designers to create design concepts, 2D layouts, 3D renders, and technical drawings.
• Provide clarity to clients on design intent, furniture specifications, and customisation options.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and design/production teams.

Project & Operations Coordination

• Oversee project progress from lead to delivery.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams.
• Provide clients regular updates on design completion, manufacturing, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve customer escalations and maintain brand-quality communication.

Customer Service & Retention

• Address client queries, concerns, and post-sales issues.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and maintain repeat/referral business.
• Conduct feedback calls after product delivery or project completion.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
• Experience in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, or similar).
• Experience in interior design sales / furniture sales / turnkey project sales.
• Ability to read and understand layouts, elevations, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of materials (wood, laminates, hardware, upholstery, modular systems).
• Strong follow-up discipline and closure-oriented mindset.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in
  Interior Design / Architecture
  (preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in interior design or furniture industry.
• Experience in B2B sales (hotels, restaurants, offices) is a big plus.
• Understanding of custom furniture manufacturing process is an advantage.
