Reports to: Finance Head / CFO

About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp and dependable professional to join our finance team. The role requires someone who is very strong with financial modeling, budgeting and planning, and variance analysis, while also supporting key activities like fundraising and MIS reporting.

You'll work closely with the CFO, CEO, Head of Finance, Directors, and Department Heads, helping them understand the numbers, plan better, and make informed decisions. This is a high-impact role where your work will be visible and valued across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build financial models to support business decisions,long-term planning, and fundraising discussions.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts by working with business and functional heads.
  • Track actual performance vs. budget and analyze variances with clear explanations.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards — accurate, timely, and easy to understand.
  • Support fundraising initiatives with data, projections, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with various teams (sales, operations, marketing, HR, etc.) to gather inputs and align plans.
  • Make presentations for internal and external stakeholders using PowerPoint.
  • Provide financial support and insights in meetings with senior leadership — CFO, CEO, Directors, etc.
  • Support in IPO related activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Someone who is calm, mature, and composed, especially under pressure.
  • A go-getter who takes ownership and delivers results.
  • Good communicator — able to explain financial matters clearly to non-finance teams.
  • Comfortable working across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role in a structured organization is preferred.
