Perfios is seeking a Financial Analyst from the BFSI/ Fintech sectors. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between financial complexities and product development, translating financial and compliance concepts into product features. Your daily tasks will involve analysing and translating financial statements into product features and user stories and interacting with stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in developing the solutions.

What Your Average Day Would Look Like:

  • Analyze basic financial statements to translate complex financial and compliance concepts into product features and user stories.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to understand how our products work and the use cases they solve to define product KPIs and success metrics.
  • Interacting with the clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate it to the developers to take it forward.
  • Act as a liaison between end users/ clients and internal teams and help them fulfil client requests and resolve queries with optimum time and efforts.
  • Work closely with QA to define test cases and conduct A/B tests to validate product features and enhancements.

  • Excellent communication and task management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with outside the box creative thinking
  • Should understand and translate statistics to address client business problems and liaison with the analytics team to build and deliver custom solutions.
  • Should be able to work independently with due accountability on the projects assigned and ensure completion of processes within the timelines specified.
  • Deep understanding of financial and accounting concepts, and familiarity with regulatory compliances (MCA filings, GST/ Income-tax returns).

(HIGHLY DESIRED)

  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory environment.
  • Should have a good understanding of MS Office.
  • Strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset.

Experience and Qualification:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI/ Fintech sectors.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B/ B2C digital products, or mobile/ web applications.
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (CA/ MBA or professional certifications a plus)
