Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and plans using AutoCAD (and/or other software as required) under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Assist in translating sketches, site measurements, and design specifications into technical and working drawings.
  • Maintain drawing accuracy: correct scaling, precise dimensions, proper detailing of sections, elevations etc.
  • Revise or update existing drawings based on project changes or feedback.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and site teams for clarifications during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements and company drafting standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering / Civil Draftsmanship, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in drafting civil engineering/construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or similar is a plus.
  • Good understanding of structural, site, and utility drawings; familiarity with reading plan, elevation, section details.
  • Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Good communication and ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
