Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers from provided leads or database.
- Explain real estate products, services, and property listings to clients.
- Schedule appointments for site visits or meetings with sales agents.
- Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and push the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide relevant property information.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or similar role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in [Insert Required Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Pleasant and confident personality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing real estate trends.
