Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end program management of data center projects, ensuring alignment with AdaniConneX's strategic goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of global best practices in data center design, engineering, and operations, leveraging EdgeConneX's expertise.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project teams.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
