Key Responsibilities:

The Team Member - Digital (PR & Corporate Communications) will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing public relations strategies to strengthen the organization's brand reputation and presence. Further, you will play a pivotal role in media relations, campaign management, event execution, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to brand leadership and public perception.

  • Maintain up-to-date contact lists and proactively engage with journalists.
  • Work with PR and media agencies on a regular basis, providing briefs, reviewing outputs, and ensuring all deliverables align with company messages and deadlines.
  • Write, review, and edit press releases, articles, speeches, and internal content.
  • Organize logistics for events such as press conferences and media dinners handling invitations, venue bookings, equipment setup, and on-site coordination.
  • Monitor news sources and competitor activity continuously to flag relevant updates and suggest tactical communication adjustments.
  • Collect and compile data on PR activities, prepare regular performance reports, and highlight key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Help build crisis communication materials as required, distributing statements and coordinating with media to address sensitive issues promptly.

What makes you a Great Fit?

  • Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in PR agency or corporate communications (BFSI sector preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong established network with national and regional media and journalists.
  • Experience in organizing press events, briefings, and brand campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital PR, social listening, and content marketing trends will be an advantage.
  • Ability to foster relationships at all organizational levels and with external partners.
