Job Title: G-Pay Revisit Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring G-Pay Revisit Executives to visit merchant shops as per company-provided leads and ensure the smooth functioning of G-Pay devices. The role involves verifying existing G-Pay Sound Boxes and QR codes at shops and replacing them if damaged or non-functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit shops as per leads shared by the Business Development team.
  • Check and verify the G-Pay Sound Box and QR Code used by merchants.
  • Replace damaged/non-working Sound Boxes or QR Codes with new ones.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports of visits and replacements.
  • Achieve assigned daily/weekly targets of valid shop visits and device replacements.
  • Requirements:Prior experience in Fintech / Payment Solutions / Field Sales preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with shopkeepers.
  • Mandatory:
  • Own a bike with a valid driving license.
  • Have an Android phone (not on EMI).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve given targets.
  • Good knowledge of local markets and routes.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Delhi NCR: ₹25,000 CTC (₹21,000 in-hand)
  • Other Locations: ₹23,000 CTC (₹18,800 in-hand)
  • Travel Allowance: ₹100 per day (for 25–30 shop visits)
  • Incentives: Performance-based earning potential
