Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Ensure all agreements comply with RBI guidelines, company policies, and applicable laws
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to align documentation with evolving business needs
- Maintain version control and documentation logs for all agreement templates
- Periodically review and revise agreements to reflect regulatory updates or internal policy changes
- Assist in audits and inspections by providing accurate and updated agreement documentation
- Ensure language clarity, enforceability, and risk mitigation in all drafted agreements
About Company: Founded in 1996, Padma Sai Finance was in the business of giving loans for automobiles directly to its customers.
