We are hiring for Business Development Executive – International B2B

Location – Viman Nagar, Pune

Shifts – Rotational shifts (Including Night)

Requirements –

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

Interest in B2B sales, global markets, and lead generation.

Knowledge of the BANT qualification method is a plus.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools preferred.

Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and book qualified appointments with decision-makers.
  • Identify and qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) framework.
  • Engage with international clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Share company whitepapers, case studies, and marketing collaterals to nurture interest.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, leads, and appointments set.
