About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with prior experience in the recruitment industry to help expand our client base across multiple sectors, including IT, BFSI, and other industries. This is a remote, target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across various industries such as IT, BFSI, manufacturing, and more.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch recruitment services effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and pipeline activities.
  • Provide timely reports to the management team on business development progress.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and HR industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
