Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a School Outreach Head. The School Outreach Head will develop and implement strategies to engage with schools, build relationships with educators and administrators, and promote Adda247's educational offerings. Daily tasks include coordinating outreach activities, attending school events, and analyzing outreach effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic outreach plans
  • Skills in event organization and participation
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze and report on outreach activities and their impact
  • Knowledge of the education sector and related challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
