Your Role as a Coding and Robotics Instructor at Wizklub:

  1. Timely Completion of structured program deliverables.

  2. Active representation of Wizklub in the client location (Partnered Schools).

  3. Effective communication with Stakeholder and Management.

  4. Encourage students to participate in Coding and Robotics projects.

  5. Introduce students to fundamental programming concepts, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.

  6. Foster a creative and collaborative learning environment among students.

  7. Organize and prepare students for coding hackathons, robotics competitions.

  8. Contribute to business growth with effective student learning outcome.

Responsibilities:

  1. Adherence to School Timings & Schedule

  2. Ensure punctuality and follow the schools designated working hours.

  3. Align with the school calendar and adhere to the assigned timetable.

  4. Plan and coordinate sessions well in advance to avoid last-minute changes.

  5. Student Management & Training

  6. Maintain and update student details, including attendance and progress records.

  7. Complete the Wizklub instructor certification and stay well-trained in program delivery.
  8. Ensure clarity in lesson plans and content to deliver effective sessions.

  9. Be familiar with the curriculum, books, platform, and hardware used in Wizklub labs.

  10. Reporting & Documentation

  11. Provide timely updates on conducted sessions to both the school and Wizklub team.

  12. Maintain accurate attendance records for all sessions.
  13. Track student performance and update stakeholders on scores and progress.

  14. Regularly report to the school and Wizklub regarding overall program execution.

  15. Student Performance & Assessment

  16. Monitor and record student scores after every session.

  17. Prepare and share monthly performance reports with stakeholders.

  18. Ensure progress cards are updated and shared with students and parents.

  19. Program Visibility & Engagement

  20. Participate in Parents-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress.

  21. Conduct student and parent orientations to increase awareness about the program.

  22. Represent Wizklub in expos, competitions, and school events to enhance engagement.

  23. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

  24. Regularly update parents, school principals, and Wizklub teams about student progress.

  25. Address and escalate any issues or challenges faced during sessions.
  26. Ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders for effective program implementation
