JD for Product Specialist Trauma

Market strategy

  • Understand and analyze market trends, prepare a tracker of leads for instrumentations in different channels
  • Identify right product for right target customers

Commercial Enablement

  • Develop and deliver product training, sales tools, and clinical education materials for internal teams and external customers.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and field activities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide technical expertise during customer interactions, workshops, and conferences.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with commercial education, professional education, supply chain, finance and other enabling partners to ensure timely and right execution
  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions to ensure product relevance and differentiation.

Account management

  • Develop and monitor customer funnel based on identified leads
  • Conduct regular review with sales team and ensure progression of customer funnel to drive
  • Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and clinical stakeholders to gather insights and validate product positioning.
  • Own top-10 accounts to drive end-to-end execution

Qualifications and preferred skills:

  • Masters degree preferred.
  • More than three years of experience in orthopedics
  • Experience in product management preferred
  • Strong understanding of fracture fixation principles and surgical workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required (domestic and international).
