Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and maximize lead-to-enrollment conversions at the center.
- Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, providing coaching, training, and motivation to the team.
- Implement and optimize sales processes for improved efficiency and higher conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Generate and analyze sales reports & enrollment data, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with faculty, franchisees, and instructors to drive learner outcomes, referrals, and brand advocacy.
- Act as a bridge between franchise partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Post-Graduate with 5+ years of proven experience in education sales or related industries.
- Strong sales leadership with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
