Miror is a unique Femtech platform dedicated to providing 360-degree care to
women in their critical Perimenopause and Menopause journey. The target market is every woman for half of her life facing close to 50 symptoms and hence over the past couple of years, we have achieved significant traction and growth. Our WhatsApp community on this subject is India's largest, our social media presence has grown exponentially, and we have established collaborations with the National Health Mission, the Govt of Karnataka, and the Indian Menopause Society. Our online platform and application offer comprehensive care and resources, including links to Labs, Doctors, nutraceutical products, the latest information, games, quizzes, fitness tracking, etc. Learn more about our mission at
Responsibilities:
1. Build the digital presence and voice of Miror's Founder across Instagram , LinkedIn and other key platforms.
2. Build the PR presence of Miror's Founder offline and online.
2. Conceptualise and execute compelling, human-led content—thought pieces, reels, posts, announcements, community updates, and POVs on FemTech, women's health, and innovation.
3. Strategize, post, and consistently grow engagement across Offline , Media and Online outlets (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others platforms).
4. Collaborate closely with our founder and marketing team to align the brand voice with leadership narrative.
5. Track analytics and audience feedback to refine strategy and content.
You're a Great Fit If You:
1. Have at least 3–5 years of experience in Personal branding, PR, content marketing, editorial strategy etc.
2. Know how to turn big ideas into scroll-stopping social content.
3. Are curious about health, women's empowerment, and startup storytelling.
4. Have experience working with founders, CXOs, or mission-driven brands.
Workplace Type: Hybrid (Full time / offsite - though on site Preferred)
