Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining websites that not only look great but also provide an exceptional user experience. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and an understanding of web development principles.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with client needs and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve website performance.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing across various devices.
  • Maintain website content through content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or others.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance on search engines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, digital marketing, and technology advancements.
  • Work with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 to analyze website traffic and user behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on email marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies.

Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and front-end development frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for graphic design and layout creation.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects for enhancing web visuals.
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq for creating interactive prototypes.
  • Understanding of usability principles and web accessibility standards to create inclusive designs.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to support online business objectives.
  • Experience in data analysis skills for interpreting web analytics data to drive design decisions.
