Web Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project timelines, resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop project plans that meet their needs
- Manage customer onboarding and ensure that clients are familiar with our processes and digital marketing products.
- Coordinate with backend team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide regular project updates to clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in working in web design field required.
- Understand of wordpress and divi themes preferred.
- Understand of basic digital marketing and SEO preferred
- 2 years experience in a client facing role
- Ability to work well with others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Exceptional strong emotional IQ
- Technical knowledge of digital marketing and web design.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively

As a Canadian-based company serving clients in both Canada and the United States, and with our backend teams located in asia, we require coordinated time management and scheduling. While communicating with our backend team offers more flexibility, client meetings are more stringent and require strict adherence to scheduled appointments in the time zones of USA and Canada.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
