Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Tester to assess and evaluate the quality of using manual and automated
testing methods. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches including any
enhancements which may be helpful in the non-occurrence of repeat bugs.
The role demands an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in
executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we will surely like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
1. We are looking for fresh graduates / experienced Web Application Tester with a good eye
for details and a testing mindset.
2. Review and analyze the specifications
3. Collaborate with the software developers for developing effective test plans, performing
functional, standard and cross-browser compliance and compatibility testing.
4. Execute test cases and analyze the results.
5. Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
6. Reporting bugs and errors to the development team.
7. Help troubleshoot the issues.
8. Conduct post-release / implementation testing
9. Work in a cross-functional team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
10. Maintain a repository of system test plans.

Qualifications & Competencies:
1. Any graduates from BCA, MCA, BE in CS or IT, B.Tech, B.sc IT, or any IT Background.
2. Understanding of web application architecture and related technologies and frameworks like
JAVA, spring, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc...
3. Familiarities with build tools, like Maven, Gradle, and versioning toolkit
4. Good exposure to SQL databases like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
5. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
6. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Package
1. Pay package of CTC Rs. 1.2 – 1.5 Lakhs per year
