Role Summary

The Associate will be a core member of the Real Estate Investments team, working across

fundraising, deal sourcing, investment execution, and asset management. This role demands

strong analytical ability, transaction execution skills, and the ability to manage workstreams

independently. The Associate will act as a bridge between senior leadership and junior

analysts, while also engaging directly with external stakeholders such as developers,

advisors, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Investments & Transactions

  • Independently evaluate investment opportunities across land, development, and

operating assets through detailed financial modeling, returns analysis, and scenario

planning.

  • Lead specific workstreams in due diligence (financial, legal, technical) by

coordinating with consultants, advisors, and developers.

  • Draft and present investment memoranda and recommendations to the Investment

Committee.

  • Proactively track market activity, cultivate deal flow, and maintain a live investment

pipeline.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Contribute to fundraising efforts by preparing investor presentations, financial

analyses, and marketing materials.

  • Liaise with family offices, HNIs, and distributors, addressing queries and supporting

relationship-building.

  • Ensure investor reporting and compliance requirements are met in coordination

with internal teams.

Asset Management

  • Monitor performance of portfolio assets, including leasing, project progress, and

financial outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities for asset monetisation, value-add initiatives, and operational

improvements.

  • Support management of JV partners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure

alignment and delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • MBA/CA/CFA (preferred) with 58 years of relevant experience in real estate

private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting.

  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with advanced Excel and

PowerPoint proficiency.

  • Solid understanding of real estate transactions, structuring, and asset management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to senior

stakeholders.

  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple projects in a

fast-paced environment.
