Role Description

This on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai is for a Senior Manager specializing in Investments and Asset Management. In this role, the candidate will oversee investment strategies, evaluate real estate opportunities, and monitor the performance of assets under management. Responsibilities include market research, financial modeling, due diligence, risk assessment, and implementing asset optimization initiatives. The Senior Manager will also foster client relationships, support decision-making processes, and ensure alignment with the company's financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Investment Strategies, Financial Modeling, and Risk Assessment
  • Experience in Market Research, Asset Evaluation, and Resource Optimization
  • Proficiency in Management of Real Estate Portfolios, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Interpersonal skills for Client Relationship Management and Team Collaboration
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in the use of technology and data analytics tools in asset management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in investments or asset management, preferably in real estate
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus
