About the Role

We are looking for a
Post Scraper / Data Scraping Specialist
who can build, maintain, and optimize scraping tools to collect structured data from various social media platforms, websites, and online forums. The role requires strong knowledge of automation, data extraction techniques, and handling anti-bot systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web scraping scripts, crawlers, and APIs to extract post-related data.
  • Scrape structured/unstructured data from websites, social media platforms, and blogs.
  • Clean, transform, and store scraped data in usable formats (CSV, JSON, databases, etc.).
  • Implement proxy management, CAPTCHA solving, and session handling to bypass restrictions.
  • Monitor and update scrapers regularly to adapt to site changes.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the operations and analytics teams to deliver insights from the collected data.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in web scraping, social media scraping, or data engineering projects.
