Role & responsibilities

Automate all types of business applications through a uniquely powerful low code capability using NewgenONE (Low Code Platform) across process, content, communication and AI. Rapidly compose complex mission-critical applications with enterprise-grade sturdiness and built-in agility for change. Transform your enterprise with speed through end-to-end automation of thousands of applications and processes across the organization.

Hands on Technical experience in developing and deploying complex business applications and automating processes using Newgen's proprietary platform, which integrates business process management (BPM) and content management (ECM). Key responsibilities include designing user interfaces, integrating with RESTful APIs, implementing AI components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, requiring expertise in modern front-end technologies and the Newgen platform itself.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Designing, building, and deploying complex, content-driven, and customer-engaging business applications on the Newgen low-code platform.
  • Process Automation: Automating various business processes, often content-centric, to improve speed and efficiency.
  • User Interface (UI) Development: Developing responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as or Material-UI.
  • API Integration: Working with RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services.
  • AI Integration: Incorporating AI-powered features, like chatbots or image recognition, into applications using Newgen's AI capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with design, product, and backend teams to ensure end-to-end development of solutions.
  • Code Quality: Writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code, and participating in code reviews to maintain best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Newgen Platform Expertise: Proficiency in the Newgen low-code platform, including its BPM and ECM capabilities.
  • Front-End Technologies: Strong skills in modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular UI frameworks like React.
  • Software Development Fundamentals: Solid understanding of software development principles and system design.
  • AI Familiarity: Experience with AI technologies and their integration within low-code environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively.
