About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Career Counselor to guide learners in choosing the right academic and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong understanding of student needs, and the ability to provide clear guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and academic pathways.
  • Understand student requirements and suggest appropriate programs or career directions.
  • Handle admission queries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure enrollment.
  • Assist students with documentation, admissions process, and form filling.
  • Guide students in course selection, exam details, and academic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and student interactions.
  • Provide updates on course structure, eligibility, fees, and policies.
  • Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counseling/conversion targets.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand student needs and offer the right guidance.
  • Confidence in handling calls and explaining course details.
  • Basic knowledge of education systems, career paths, and course structures (training will be provided).
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle student concerns.
  • Familiarity with CRM and data entry is a plus.
