We are a rapidly growing travel company specializing in international tour packages, holiday planning, and end-to-end travel services. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a highly skilled and responsible Finance Manager to lead our financial management, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities and supervise the accounts team.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the company.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS).
  • Review invoices, vendor payments, receivables, and payables.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory requirements in India.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Implement strong financial controls, processes, and SOPs.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement.
  • Support management in strategic decision-making, pricing, and financial planning for travel products.
  • Handle payment gateway settlements, bank reconciliations, and fund management.
  • Work closely with sales & operations teams for financial coordination on bookings and supplier payments.

Requirements:

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in finance or accounting (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and team management ability.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
