About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance and Accounts Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and advisory functions. In this role, you will oversee core financial operations, strengthen financial governance, and support leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions that enable long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and strategic planning, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for management and ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across all finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and interpret advanced financial models (DCF, ROI, scenario planning) for business decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights, advisory support, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead financial analysis and consulting initiatives with a strong focus on precision and business impact.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, fund flow management, and variance reporting across departments.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards to support data-driven operations.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all financial and accounting processes.
  • Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and internal controls within the finance function.
  • Supervise accounts operations including AP, AR, reconciliations, finalization of accounts, and audits.

Qualifications

  • Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or senior financial management roles.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, strategy formulation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, BI dashboards, and advanced financial analytics tools.
