We are looking for an experienced HR professional specializing in
Talent Acquisition
, with a strong background in
sales hiring
for the
real estate sector
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand manpower requirements for
    real estate sales roles
    (e.g., Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Channel Sales).
  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels:
    job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting
    , and agency coordination.
  • Build and maintain a
    talent pipeline
    for future requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and target candidate profiles.
  • Conduct
    initial screening/interviews
    to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and metrics.
  • Ensure a seamless
    candidate experience
    and strong employer branding throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • 2-5 years of
    relevant experience in talent acquisition
    , with a focus on
    sales hiring in the real estate domain
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and target-driven roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced and target-oriented environment
  • Hands-on experience with
    Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter
    , and Excel reporting
