Job Description

What youll do:

  • Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
  • Works as a member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.
  • Handles activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Exercises judgment on methods and techniques for obtaining solutions within generally defined practices and policies.
  • Co-ordinates project tasks on engagements.
  • Provides internal training, implementation support activities, or work on internal development projects.
What we are looking for:
  • 5 8 years of hands-on experience, as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers required. Specific experience working with BlueYonder supply chain planning solutions (Demand, Fulfill, Allocation, EP, Assortment) as either a customer of BLUE YONDER or as a consultant implementing BLUE YONDER solutions for customers preferred.
  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelors degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree.
  • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP may be considered.
  • Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required.
  • Relevant industry certification from APICS will be a plus.
  • Current or prior experience working in Management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center of Excellence settings preferred.
  • Skill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needs.
  • Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.
  • Understands Blue Yonder's product suite so as to convey relationships and touch-points to the customer.
  • Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for users and management. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ad-hoc travel required (short term and even long term).
