Full-time, Mumbai office (Mon–Fri, 10 a.m.–7 p.m.)- Hybrid

Position Overview

As a Content Writer, you'll craft clear, engaging narratives that convert prospects into customers and users into advocates. From 90-second explainer videos to in-depth product guides, your words will power marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and product education. You will also be expected to have a working understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to create posts and strategies tailored for B2B businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Ideation & Planning

  2. Research market trends, competitor messaging, and user pain points to pitch story angles.

  3. Long- & Short-Form Copywriting

  4. Write blog posts, email sequences, landing pages, white papers, case studies, and social captions.

  5. Translate complex AI concepts into relatable, benefit-driven language.

  6. Sales & Product Collateral

  7. Develop one-pagers, battle cards, pitch-deck scripts, and in-app micro-copy that accelerate deal cycles.

  8. Collaboration & Optimization

  9. Partner with product managers, designers, and SEO specialists to align copy with UX and keyword goals.

  • Writing Quality:
    Clarity, brevity, persuasive flow, and brand tone adherence.
  • Research Depth:
    Ability to derive insight from user interviews and data dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Fit:
    Responsiveness to design/dev feedback and sprint timelines.

Requirement

  • 3 years of professional or internship experience in B2B tech or SaaS writing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both long-form thought leadership and conversion-oriented copy.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO, AP style, and productivity tools (Google Docs, Notion, HubSpot).
  • Curiosity about climate tech, and AI-powered products.
  • Excellent grammar, storytelling instincts, and an eye for detail.
  • Understanding of social media content creation, especially LinkedIn, with the ability to develop posts and strategies for B2B audiences.
