eBizneeds is a dynamic, growth-oriented organization committed to delivering innovative digital and business solutions. We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Develop process models, data flow diagrams, and business use cases.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and identify areas for process improvement and automation.
  • Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
  • Prepare clear documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and user manuals.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support strategic business decisions.
  • Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, data visualization, and process mapping techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and business acumen.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or consulting domains.
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum environments is an added advantage.
