We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in executing and supervising aluminium doors, windows, and interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution, quality assurance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders at project sites in and around Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, and glazing systems as per drawings and specifications.
  • Oversee interior fit-out works, including false ceilings, modular partitions, and finishing activities.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to resolve site issues.
  • Verify measurements and ensure correct installation of fabricated components.
  • Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and update progress regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms and company protocols.
  • Participate in client and consultant meetings for project updates and technical clarifications.

Requirements:

  • B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • 2–3 years of site execution experience, preferably in aluminium/glass and interior works
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading architectural/structural drawings
  • Good understanding of installation techniques for aluminium systems and interior finishes
  • Strong communication and site coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to travel within Bangalore project sites

Preferred:

  • Exposure to façade engineering or modular aluminium systems
  • Experience with commercial, residential, or institutional interior fit-outs
  • Knowledge of project planning and vendor management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
