Role Overview

The Associate Operations will play a key role in managing and streamlining production and post-production workflow. This position involves close collaboration with Studio US teams, ensuring adherence to operational standards, maintaining documentation, and facilitating the end-to-end delivery process. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for content production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Producer, coordinating with the Studio US team for job reviews and production updates.
  • Act as the Iconic Gatekeeper for Studio and Giving Business Units, ensuring hygiene, access control, and adherence to content protocols.
  • Maintain studio documentation and trackers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information across projects.
  • Oversee post-production workflows for Living Content, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution.
  • implement and update SOPs and operational guides to standardize workflows.
  • Support pre-production processes when required, including coordination and documentation.
  • Conduct and assist in quality checks to ensure content meets organizational standards.
  • Manage post-production and Production delivery timeline
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Lead

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in mass media (BMM) or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of experience in media operations, studio management, or content production (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows and content management systems.
  • Experience working with online tools and MS Excel and word. Should be tech Savvy
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
