Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented post-sales candidate (AM/DM) to join our team in the insurance domain. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing key initiatives that drive the growth and success of our company. Your expertise in project management will be essential in delivering innovative solutions and improving processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and ensure successful project execution.

  2. Monitor project progress, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project goals.

  3. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.

  4. Serve as a liaison and facilitate collaboration among team members and departments involved in the project.

  5. Ensure that projects meet quality standards and comply with regulations.

  6. Conduct UAT and evaluate the current process to identify areas for improvement and automation.

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge digital tools and platforms into our post-sales processes.

  8. Continuously evaluate and enhance existing operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization, with a focus on reducing turnaround time and improving overall efficiency.

Key Skills


• Bachelors / Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science preferred.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.


• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.


• Experience in digital integration, customer service, or a similar role within the insurance industry is a bonus.
