Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Personal Assistant to support daily tasks, manage administrative and financial responsibilities, and assist in meetings. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, professional, and flexible to travel as per requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day personal and professional tasks efficiently
  • Attend and coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, emails, and documentation
  • Assist in financial management, such as expense tracking and basic financial reporting
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accompany on work-related trips when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth operations in all tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools
  • Comfortable with traveling as per work requirements
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
