E-Commerce Associate

The E-Commerce Associate will support the day-to-day management of SpreadHome's Shopify, Amazon, Tata Cliq Luxe store (and any additional portals the company expands into). This role focuses on product listings, image and content uploads, routine site maintenance, and implementation of design or functional changes to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and images, and enjoys optimizing e-commerce workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Upload and update product information, images, videos, and meta details on Shopify/Aamzon/Tata Cliq Luxe.
Maintain accurate product catalogs, collections, tags, and inventory visibility.
Edit, resize, and optimize product photos or banners (basic image editing).
Support website changes: add/remove sections, update landing pages, refresh banners and copy.
Liaise with marketing, design, and merchandising teams to ensure timely launches and accurate content.
Conduct regular QA checks for broken links, pricing errors, or layout issues.
Track and report on product availability, listing quality, and merchandising gaps.
Assist with Shopify apps/plugins, troubleshooting, and basic theme customizations (no deep coding required).
Stay updated on Shopify/Amazon/Tata Cliq Luxe features, apps, and best practices to recommend improvements.
