Role Overview:

The Senior Sales Officer (SSO) will drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loan (HL), and Mortgage products with an average ticket size of ₹10 lakhs. The role involves client acquisition, loan disbursement, portfolio management, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new clients for LAP, HL, and Mortgage products.

Achieve monthly disbursement and collection targets.Conduct client meetings, verify documents, and ensure KYC compliance.

Requirements:

Graduate with 2–4 years of sales experience in NBFC/Banking (preferably LAP/HL/Mortgage).

Strong local market knowledge and client networking.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
