Location : Mumbai

Experience: 4-8 years

Education : B.E. Civil with Law degree (4–6 years) OR Law graduate (6–8 years)

Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified professional with a strong background in Contract Management within the EPC industry, particularly in PWD and PHE department projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration, tendering, and business development activities. This role requires a solid understanding of contractual, legal, and technical aspects of civil projects, along with experience in arbitration, claim handling, and risk management. The candidate should possess excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills, and be proficient in Marathi, English, and MS Office tools.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage contracts and ensure compliance for EPC projects under PWD and PHE departments.

· Draft, review, and maintain agreements and correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Handle arbitration, claims, and risk management efficiently.

· Identify, analyze, and prepare tender documents as per qualification criteria and client requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government officials for tender submissions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and government authorities.

· Gain in-depth knowledge of company products (PCCP, BWSC & PSC pipes) for business promotion.

· Research and identify new clients, projects, and partnership opportunities.

· Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth targets.

· Liaise with clients and government officials up to Secretary/Chief Engineer level.

· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

· Prepare letters, reports, and presentations for management and client communication.

· Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for projects.

· Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and quality standards.

· Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

· Communicate fluently in Marathi and English (Read, Write, Speak).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹900,000.00 per year
