Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Chat Process)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries via voice and chat process, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and follow up as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: UG Fresher (graduates can apply).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Flexible to work in shifts (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16, ₹31,000.00 per month
