Job Summary:
Livebox is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers / Business Development Officers to generate leads, promote Livebox services, and convert inquiries into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in Hindi communication and have a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Livebox services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable Livebox solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals over calls.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Graduate / IT
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is preferred (Freshers can also apply).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
