Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Telecaller to join our dynamic team at our Chennai location. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective telecalling strategies to generate leads and engage with potential customers. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques to engage prospects and promote our services (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in generating leads through strategic outbound calls (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to conduct outbound calls effectively to build potential customer interest (Mandatory skill).
  • Competency in using CRM software for efficient lead management and communication.
  • Strong telemarketing skills to promote and sell services to targeted customer segments.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and engage customers.
  • Capability to foster customer engagement and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel for organizing data and deriving insights to support decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services and generate leads.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and follow up regularly to foster customer relationships.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pitch suitable services effectively.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up processes.
  • Utilize CRM software to track all interactions and update records with pertinent customer information.
  • Achieve monthly targets set for lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
