Job Title: International Voice Process Customer Support Executive

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role:

IntouchCX is hiring experienced International Voice Process professionals to join our global customer support team. The role requires handling international calls, resolving customer queries with efficiency, and delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of First Call Resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system accurately.
  • Follow process guidelines, service quality, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and support operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound/Customer/Technical Support).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to 5 LPA (based on experience & interview performance)
  • Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week offs)
  • Transport: 2-way cab facility provided
  • Work Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
