  • Supervise the refractory maintenance team during daily operations, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
  • Plan and coordinate refractory repair and installation work, including manpower, materials, tools, and safety measures.
  • Inspect refractory materials and linings for wear, damage, and failures.
  • Ensure proper installation of refractory materials (bricks, castables, ramming masses, etc.) as per design specifications.
  • Liaise with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to plan refractory work schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safe work practices.
  • Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, refractory material usage, and job reports.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
