Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network of contacts (hotels, restaurants, QSR chains, consultants, architects), and the ability to drive sales strategy, team performance, and client satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets in the commercial kitchen equipment segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, food service providers, industrial kitchens, caterers, and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including chefs, F&B managers, consultants, and project management teams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team (regional/territory executives, channel partners).
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation, and service) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and generate leads.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and marketing material tailored to target segments.
