Job Summary:

The Customer Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing queries, ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall customer relationship process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate account records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Process orders, invoices, and account documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain updated customer information and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing account reports and summaries as required.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention.
  • Support the sales and finance team with account-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, accounts handling, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting and account management processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/accounting software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
