  • This role will be an integral part of the Asia Pacific Compliance team, supporting South Asia business, particularly Bangladesh, Pakistan & GBS Bangalore.
  • Coordinating, implementation and monitor the progress of the company's Compliance program
  • Serve as the local lead responsible for adapting, implementing, maintaining, and supervising the company's Compliance Program, acting as an independent and objective authority within the organization.
  • Help ensure that all employees operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Safeguard adherence to established procedures and promote behaviors aligned with the Company's Norms of Conduct.
  • Act as an accessible, visible, and reliable subject matter expert, providing guidance to the business in meeting compliance requirements and navigating relevant regulatory obligations.
  • Drive compliance awareness across the organization within the country of responsibility and foster a strong compliance culture, positioning it as a strategic and competitive advantage.

We are looking for someone:

  • Preferably with at least 2 years total professional experience, with main focus on Compliance including Healthcare Compliance related matters
  • Knowledge of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, general ABC codes and practices and specific knowledge of the legislation in the local territory for which the ECO is based.
  • Certification in Risk Management, Compliance and/or FCPA or equivalent/similar regulations will be desirable
  • Must be willing to travel to Bangalore (: quarterly)
