Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Enterprise Risk Management
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to lead the Risk & Compliance agenda for Manufacturing operations. This role demands a proactive risk leader who can seamlessly partner with senior stakeholders, guide F&A process owners, and foster a culture of strong risk ownership. You will be instrumental in strengthening our risk governance, ensuring SOX and operational risk compliance, and driving intelligent, data-driven risk management.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary Operational Risk lead for the aligned client accounts, working closely with senior Operational and functional leaders to embed operational risk management practice across business processes.
• Design and execute risk and control assessment frameworks for Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Represent the Risk function confidently during client governance meetings and visits, external audits, and leadership reviews.
• Deliver impactful in-person and virtual risk awareness sessions tailored to site and process maturity.
• Monitor and report operational risk and control metrics, and risk themes to leadership; ensure timely mitigation and closure of gaps.
• Collaborate across cross-functional and virtual teams to enhance risk culture, drive automation of controls, and strengthen risk reporting.
• Identify emerging operational risks using data points, contextual business insights, and stakeholder inputs to provide strategic mitigation.
• Support operational risk processes by assisting in operations incident investigations, from initial notification and fact-finding through to documenting learnings and contributing to preventive actions.
Minimum Qualifications
• Relevant years of relevant experience in operational risk management and audit facilitation, with a strong understanding of F&A processes.
• Experience implementing risk frameworks across globally distributed business (e.g., ISO 31000, ISO
• CA (preferred) or MBA Finance, with deep F&A process and controls knowledge.
• Strong command on implementing risk-control design, testing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence senior stakeholders with well-rounded risk perspectives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Prior experience in leading a Risk & Compliance team or directly influencing stakeholders in a matrixed setup.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to AI-driven risk analytics, control automation, or emerging technologies in risk management.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passionate about building a strong risk culture and enabling business teams to take ownership of controls.
• Drive SOX compliance includes testing, control reviews, deficiency identification, and mitigation planning.
