With a dedicated 40-member team, we continue to expand across Amazon, other marketplaces, and our own online platform — all driven by the mission of spreading joy through our products.

Role Description

We are hiring an Ecommerce Executive for our office in Shaniwar Peth, Pune.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. Training will be provided — you only need strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and update product listings on Amazon and other platforms.i
  2. Monitor inventory, coordinate stock, and handle order processing and returns.
  3. Assist in FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) planning, including shipments and stock replenishment.
  4. Prepare simple sales and performance reports using Excel.
  5. Work with customer support and operations teams to improve customer experience.
  6. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to improve product visibility.
  7. Support all daily e-commerce tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong computer and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Ability to handle data, maintain records, and update sheets accurately.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, marketplaces) is a plus — training will be given.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Freshers or candidates with basic e-commerce experience are welcome.
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Shaniwar Peth, Pune.
