BlackRock's Technology & Enterprise Service Group aims to provide BlackRock Employees with robust technology infrastructure and strategic workplace solutions to deliver a consistent employee experience around the world, while managing information security and data integrity. Global Enterprise Security has responsibility for ensuring a risk-based management approach to protect BlackRock staff and visitors, reputation, physical and information assets, and operations from disruptive events. Team manages key Security Programs (eg. Overseeing Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Health & Safety, as well as communications and handling customer concerns regarding physical and information security incidents.

Role Responsibility:

Associate Enterprise Security (Gurgaon) is dedicated to completing the functional program for Gurgaon Offices. This role will have a direct reporting to Head GES (India) for oversight and direction across implementation activities and strategies. This role will also have dotted-line reporting to BlackRock Global Head of Enterprise Security.

Core activities: Ensuring the delivery of Enterprise Security (Physical & Transport Security operations), Executive Protection, Investigation, Vendor Management, Event Security, and coordinate with Business functions in case of crisis.

As a member of the Global Enterprise Security team there will be requirements to participate in the development and implementation of global and regional programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage physical security operations across Gurgaon offices, ensuring employee safety and asset protection.
• Oversee operational delivery of the day-today for technical Security program and act as a subject-matter expert. Program workstreams include:
• Security Technology Project Management
• Security Command Center Operations
• Preventative Maintenance
• Internal Audit and Housekeeping
• Badge Administration
• Capital Projects
• Engagement with external security forums, law enforcement and other entities.
• Collaborate with business leadership and other BlackRock collaborators to ensure program success locally.
• Deliver training to employees and security staff as needed.
• Crisis Management and exercise support for Gurgaon offices.
• Collaborate with the business to monitor and evaluate events in Gurgaon and other external events attended by employees, ensuring that threat and risk assessments align with Global Security standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for Global Security during investigation support.
• Provide guidance and support to travelers in Gurgaon, ensuring adequate measures are in place to address threat situations at travel destinations.
• Engage with security service providers to ensure optimized delivery model and strategic partnership.

Qualifications:

• University-level bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in corporate security.
• Experience with real-time crisis events and willing to provide support during a crisis 24/7/365, if needed.

Competencies:

• Proficient in Engaging with Interested Parties.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Works well in a team environment; is collaborative & inclusive.
• Experience in managing relationships at mid-to-senior management levels.
• Local/regional travel required.
