sales-driven co-founder
to bring it to the field, someone who can open doors, close deals, and build trust with clubs, academies, and athletes across the country.

The Opportunity

I am seeking a
Sales & Growth Co-founder
to join as a core member of the founding team. This role is for someone who is ready to take full ownership of business development, lead generation, and revenue strategy, especially in the sports and institutional teamwear segment.

If you have the drive to build something meaningful, understand the sports ecosystem, and are ready to grow a brand from the ground up, this could be your calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute VAHN's
    sales and partnership strategy
  • Identify, connect with, and convert
    sports clubs, academies, schools
    ,
    and institutions
    into customers
  • Build and manage a
    sales pipeline
    across regions
  • Represent VAHN in client conversations, pitches, and potential collaborations, etc.

Ideal Profile

  • Prior entrepreneurial experience (successful or not — the learning matters)
  • Strong background in
    sales, business development, or sports marketing
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of the sports landscape in India, especially football, cricket, and school-level sports
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Delhi NCR region
  • Willing to commit long-term and grow as a
    true partner
